Danielle Stead

Danielle has been in the dental industry for the past 16 years, having previously worked both as a Dental Nurse and in practice management.

With a great passion for the clinical aspects of the industry, Danielle went on to further her studies at the University of Leeds and graduated as a Dental Hygiene Therapist in 2018 after three years of in-depth training, during which time she worked at Kingswood Parks as a Dental Nurse. Following her qualification, she has climbed the ranks and is now one of our in-house hygiene therapists.

Her reputation for high standards of patient care, compassion, and treatment results mean Danielle is held in high regard among our patients. She is experienced in treating the most nervous adults and children, guiding them through their treatment in a smooth and comfortable manner, while keeping them informed and involved at every stage.

Her favourite treatments to perform are creating smile makeovers using a combination of teeth whitening and composite veneers, as well as hygiene and gum treatments such as scale and polishes, and stain removal.

Danielle considers health and fitness a large part of her life, attending the gym often. She has also found a love for hiking, having so far completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, Snowdonia and Helvellyn. She is currently in training ready to complete Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania 2021, which will add to the long list of countries Danielle has already visited, including a yearlong trip around Australia, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia, among many others.

While enjoying the beaches of far-off countries, Danielle also loves European city breaks with her friends, and still has several destinations she plans to visit.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys reading and baking, and spending time with her 6-year-old son, who takes after Danielle’s active personality and is a keen swimmer and footballer.
