How we try to make our patients feel special
Competition in any industry can be fierce! In a world where consumers have so much choice and are very particular about which health care provider they choose, clinics must be hyper-focused on creating a special experience for patients. It may seem odd to think of visiting the dentist as being luxury but with a growing trend of going that extra mile, we at Kingswood Parks Clinics would like to think that our patient experience is certainly a positive one.
We remember you
Our friendly reception team remember our regular patients, they may ask how your holiday was or how you’ve been since your last treatment. You’re not just another patient to us. We keep notes on conversations or specific requirements so we are completely up to speed with each patient.
Keeping you occupied
In our waiting room we have a huge screen with the latest news, dental educational content and tv series playing. We also have screens in all of the clinics, even some in the ceiling, so you can choose your favourite programme or music to listen to during your appointment. This is particularly appreciated by nervous patients and those who are having long appointments.
Patient Care for you
We’ve always had a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator here at Kingswood Parks Clinics, we feel it is so important to go through your treatment plans in more depth and give you that extra time to consider your options, ask any questions and book in your future appointments in a room away from the busy reception. We’ve recently introduced ‘follow up’ with the coordinator at the end of your treatment plan to discuss the process, check you’re happy and give us any feedback. This is the perfect opportunity to look at before and after pictures from your treatment and really appreciate your journey with us.
The personal touch
We love to give special offers and discounts on treatments as a way of saying thank you for our patients’ loyalty. We have introduced birthday offers via an e mail giving you a special discount code for your birthday month. Recently we’ve ran various open days with huge discounts off certain treatments which have been hugely popular, not just for our current patients but new ones alike.
You can’t beat a light, bright and airy space, and we’d like to thank our patients for their patience during the recent building works here in the clinic. I’m sure you’ll agree we’ve created an inviting reception area. A chic, crisp, bright and spacious entrance to welcome you for your visit which is continued through the practice. In contrast, the patient care room has low lighting and is super relaxing. We are excited to show you our final treatment room, when it is due to be unveiled in the coming weeks.
Grab a coffee
While you’re waiting for your appointment or your treatment plan to be discussed why not grab a coffee or a luxurious hot chocolate from our hot drinks machine in reception. Free of charge, for our patients. You’re welcome!
We have created a QR code for you to scan which links straight to our social media platforms and allows you to give instant feedback which we always appreciate. Good or bad, we will always follow this up and endeavour to improve in any areas highlighted. Of course we love the great reviews, but without hearing about any comments you have, we cannot make those essential improvements. You can find these scannable codes in reception and in the patient care room.
Making payment simple
We know budgeting is crucial in this day and age, you can pay amounts onto your account anytime and this sits as credit. You will always be asked to pay a deposit towards any appointment booked, you can of course pay in full if you’d prefer or pay small amounts to top up your account if you’re a regular client who has lots of treatments. We also offer finance on larger treatment plans.
Membership plans….be part of the KP club!
We offer membership plans with a monthly cost which saves you money and spreads the cost for you, helping you maintain your oral and dental health. This also gives you a discount off future treatments required. For regular anti-ageing treatments we also offer plans for fillers and anti-wrinkle injections.
Free WIFI (because you need it here!)
We are in a poor 4G area so we’ve made sure we have a superb customer Wifi for you to carry on your social media posts and check your emails while you are with us. Wifi is the new ‘magazine’ for reception. Simple!
